Crossfit Newtown is an 800 square foot Crossfit gym equipped with all the essential equipment including pull-up and dip stations, olympic bars, bumper plates, kettle bells, dumb-bells, rowers, and more. When the weather is good (and sometimes even when it isn't) we will train outside where we have ample room for all the movements. We also have a T.V. and video-camera for filming and reviewing your form and adjacent offices offering chiropractic adjustments and massage therapy.
