In addition to classes, active members are entitled to attend our monthly workshops. -$200 flat rate: 10 Visit Punch card ($20 per class) -$140 a month for 2 classes a week ($17.50 per class) -$180 a month for 3 classes a week ($15 per class) -$220 a month for 4 classes a week ($13.75 per class) *$120 a month for 3 young athlete classes a week ($10 per class) *Young Athletes must be assigned class times in advance.
Intro Evaluation: $30. This one time class is your first step to becoming a crossfit athlete. This class is done one-on-one(or small group) with a coach to evaluate the new members flexibility, range of motion & stamina and serves as a baseline for the coaches. The eval workout is performed at the end of this class.
3 Foundations classes: $30 per class (Class size 1-4) This class is mandatory for all beginner members. There is a minimum or three classes that must be attended with the possibility of more if the coach deems it necessary. These classes are an introduction to the 9 basic Crossfit moves as well as othere movements performed in class . All Moves will be broken down and taught with correct form and technique. At the end of each foundations class the new member will do a Crossfit workout using the movments they just learned.
